At Perfume Network India, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is seamless; however, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Capture clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and its original shipping label immediately upon unboxing.

Our quality control team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide instructions for a reverse pickup if the claim is approved.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will dispatch a fresh replacement or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
